As a client of Reminiscence Bio, you have UNLIMITED ACCESS to purchasing as many copies of your biography as you'd like. You can purchase locally or on Amazon.com. So can your friends and family in Guyana or abroad! Unlike other items, books never expire. You can purchase today or ten years in the future. Also, any updates to your biographies will be reflected on Amazon.com and in future local purchases.

We do allow a limited amount of participation from friends and family members to clarify on past events or to give their perspective. The interviewer is the guide in such cases. In the Premium package, greater effort is made to gather input from family members or friends, if approved by the client.

If you've noticed a mistake in your printed biography, please contact us immediately. If the error is on the part of the Editors at Reminiscence Bio, the company will provide you with a free book copy to correct the mistake and the changes will be reflected in all future copies. If the error was on the part of the client or an approved family member or friend, Reminiscence Bio will nonetheless make corrections reflected in future book copies and, in some cases, the client must withstand the cost to correct the information provided. Reminiscence Bio keeps audio copies of each of its interviews for at least 6 months and will compare any claims with interviews conducted.

Yes. Reminiscence Bio will facilitate any amount of clients from a single household. However, it must be noted that, like any other biography, it will take time for us to conclude our work to client satisfaction.

Employees at Reminiscene Bio do not currently work between the hours of 6pm on Friday to 6pm on Saturdays. We ask that you visit us or place calls on days which do not fall within this period. When scheduling interviews, you'll be informed of the available dates and times and we'll work to match these with your schedule. If, for any reason beyond control, the interview must be interrupted, Reminiscence Bio will schedule another interview as soon as possible.

Yes. To ensure a fruitful client-contractor relationship, the person facilitating payment for the biography will be presented with a simple contract which acknowledges payment agreements and the measures which will be taken in the case of a printed error, to ensure confidentiality and more.

You can cancel your project at any time, no questions asked. However, we may deduct certain costs e.g. the cost of the interview, transcribing, photography, video capture, video editing or book cover design. Because our services are personalized, the amount we can refund you depends on the stage of your project.
